Hosting and delivery (bunny.net)
This website is hosted and delivered by bunny.net, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. Bunny processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the website secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in exactly that (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). In the server log files, IP addresses are stored only in anonymised form, and the log files are deleted after 3 days.
To make pages load fast everywhere, Bunny operates servers worldwide. If you visit from outside Europe, a server near you may answer your request, which can be outside the EU/EEA. Where there is no adequacy decision for that country, the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are delivered by the same hosting as the website (bunny.net). We do not load anything from other providers such as Google.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, your message and any other details you give us in order to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your message concerns a contract. Our emails are hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply. We delete your messages when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply (up to 6 or 10 years for business correspondence).
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, for example podcasts or videos. Only when you follow such a link does data reach that website, and its privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence or with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. A short email to kontakt@sprachheld.de is enough.
Changes
We update this privacy policy when our website changes. Last updated: November 2026.
